Eight European cities, eight quiet subscriber bases
HuntingtonMod operates from Munich and serves subscribers across the European Union and a small number of adjacent European countries. The eight cities below are where we have the largest concentration of active workspaces and where local-language support is available. München
Our home office. The support desk answers here between 09:00 and 17:00 CET, Monday to Thursday. Munich subscribers can book a 25-minute walk-in appointment at Maximilianstraße 34 by writing to support@huntingtonmod.org.
Berlin
Berlin has our largest single-city subscriber base — mostly freelancers, illustrators and independent researchers. We keep a rotating pop-up desk at a Kreuzberg café one Friday a month; the date is announced on the Blog.
Hamburg
The Hanseatic quiet suits the workspace. Hamburg subscribers tend to favour the Weekly Review and the Reading Log more than average. SEPA transfers from Hamburgische Sparkasse settle within one working day.
Wien
The Vienna subscriber base is small but loyal. Local support responds in German with an Austrian tone. SEPA transfers from the major Austrian banks (Erste, BAWAG P.S.K., Raiffeisen) settle within one working day; ATV export needed nowhere.
Amsterdam
The Netherlands is our second-largest market after Germany. Amsterdam subscribers seem to like the Budget Planner and the Subscription Tracker; the Dutch have a well-known relationship with careful monthly totals. Support in English.
Paris
Paris subscribers write us in French. The Personal Journal is the most-used app here; the Weekly Review comes second. SEPA transfers from BNP Paribas, Société Générale and Crédit Agricole settle within one working day.
Milano
Milano subscribers use the Habit Log and the Receipt Scanner more than any other market. Support answers in Italian on Tuesdays and Thursdays; other days by e-mail in Italian with a next-day reply time.
Barcelona
Barcelona is where the Reading Log has its heaviest weekend traffic — subscribers seem to log books on Sunday mornings. Support in Catalan or Spanish, answered by a colleague based in Berlin who grew up in Vic.
Other European countries we accept
Sign-up is open to residents of twenty-two European countries in total, including Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Estonia. If your country is not listed and you would like to open a workspace, please write to support@huntingtonmod.org — most requests are approved within a working day.
