How to access your HuntingtonMod workspace
There is no password. Every sign-in uses a magic link sent to the e-mail on file. This page walks through the three steps and the four things that can go wrong. HuntingtonMod is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, Huntington National Bank, or Huntington Investment Company.

The login form is one field
Open the login page. Type the e-mail address on file. Click "Send me a link". That is the whole login form. No password field to worry about.
The magic link arrives within a minute
Look in your inbox for an e-mail from support@huntingtonmod.org with the subject "Your HuntingtonMod sign-in link". It normally arrives within a minute. If you don't see it, check spam. The link is valid for thirty minutes.
One click → workspace open
Click the link. Your browser opens the workspace on the tab you last used. The session lasts twenty-four hours of activity or ninety minutes of inactivity. When it expires, you request another link.
Four things, four fixes
Link expired
Request a fresh one from the login page. There is no penalty; nothing is locked.
Link in spam
Move it to the inbox and whitelist support@huntingtonmod.org. Then request a fresh link — never use one from spam more than a day old.
Wrong e-mail address
If you signed up with a different address, write to support@huntingtonmod.org from any address and mention the last invoice you paid. A human in Munich will recover you.
US IP address
If your browser is behind a US IP range (VPN, US ISP), the redemption is refused for policy reasons. Turn the VPN off or write to support and we will discuss.
Security notes
The magic link is a Ed25519-signed URL. It contains a random nonce and a timestamp; the nonce is invalidated at first use and at expiry. Session cookies are HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax. Full technical detail in the Security Whitepaper.
Non-affiliation
